DevFlow

devflowOn this page I intend to publish a little document I am putting together on the general flow and steps that I follow when managing and running software development projects. It’s a very short and non-scientific text, but the steps and advice it contains has worked well for me so far.

My inention with this document is to provide a short, applicable and easy to follow starting point for people interested in thinking about how to run a software development project, and ultimately go from A diffuse idea in the customer’s head, to A finished product that realizes that idea.

I’m publishing it here with a humble request for comments.

Thank you.

(Document will be published shortly, still working out some details.)
